I’ve been told, by numerous people, that the outlines, frameworks, and scripts that I’ve provided to them for an important conversation have been among the most useful parts of my book and leadership philosophy.
As a result, I’ve decided to put together a new resource to accompany The Lovable Leader audiobook version (coming soon). That resource will feature conversation scripts for various scenarios you may encounter as a leader.
Today, I’m asking for your suggestions for conversations you might need help with.
I’m offering two options:

- Setup a 15-minute coaching call with me (totally free) to walk through your scenario and for me to give you a script to follow. Use the Calendly scheduler below.
In both cases, you will receive a script and conversation outline. In both cases, the only condition is that you must give me permission to anonymize the details of the conversation to include in my resource guide.
