Here’s a book you should read: Exactly What To Say by Phil Jones

I’ve met Phil Jones just once, but we’ve spoken on the phone and via chat several times. I know that he is a special talent in this world. Few people have a grasp on words the way that he does. What he says makes so much sense, I’m shocked by the simultaneous combination of its simplicity and profundity.
