I graduated from the Drexel LeBow College of Business with an MBA in 2008 and immediately began a career in Social Business. I knew that Social Media was going to bring about a profound shift in the way businesses would communicate with their customers. I knew it would change how companies viewed the role of employees. I knew it would change every aspect of business from Marketing to Sales, HR and recruiting to Customer Service, and even internal communication.
I started True Voice Media in 2011, after a brief stint at a PR firm, and 2 years in management consulting before that.
I saw a gap in the market.
Few of the social media strategists were addressing actual business challenges. Few wanted to talk about sales and ROI, most just wanted to talk about growing followers and getting more engagement. I wanted to solve real business challenges using my business acumen, natural ability to solve problems, ability to empathize and understand people people, and fluency in technology.
True Voice Media has grown every year since the beginning. In late 2017, my agency was acquired and I joined the leadership team.
